online-spider-solitaire.com respects intellectual property rights and expects users and content providers to do the same. This DMCA policy explains how copyright owners (or authorized agents) can report content that they believe infringes their copyright, and how we handle valid requests.
Note: This page is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
1) What Is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a U.S. law that provides a process for copyright owners to request removal of allegedly infringing content from a website. Even if you are outside the United States, we follow a similar notice-and-takedown process to handle copyright complaints fairly.
2) How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on online-spider-solitaire.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice with the information below. Incomplete notices may be delayed or rejected.
2.1 Required Information
- Your contact information: full name, company (if applicable), email address, and country.
- Identify the copyrighted work: a short description or a link to the original work (if available).
- Identify the allegedly infringing content: the exact URL(s) on our Website that you want reviewed.
- Good faith statement: a statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy and authority statement: a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Signature: your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is usually acceptable as an electronic signature).
2.2 Where to Send Your Notice
Please send your DMCA notice using our Contact page. Choose a subject like “DMCA Notice” and include all required information above so we can review it quickly.
3) What Happens After We Receive a Notice
After we receive a complete notice, we may:
- review the request and verify the URLs,
- remove or disable access to the content if appropriate,
- contact the uploader or content provider (if applicable),
- request more details if the notice is incomplete.
4) Counter-Notification (If You Believe the Removal Was a Mistake)
If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This request should include:
- your name and contact details,
- the URL(s) and description of the removed content,
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification,
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority where required,
- your physical or electronic signature.
Please send the counter-notification through our Contact page with the subject “DMCA Counter-Notice.”
5) Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances, we may restrict or block access for repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to remove content that we believe violates copyright or other intellectual property rights.
6) Important Warning About False Claims
Please submit DMCA requests only if you are sure you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner. Sending false or misleading claims may lead to legal consequences.
7) Changes to This DMCA Policy
We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
